As soon as your alarm goes off drink 1 bottle. If you take vitamins or medication this is an easy way to remember to take your pills. If you hit snooze a lot then this will force you to get up since you’ll have to go to bathroom.

Drink another bottle when you are 5 minutes away (real time) from work. Right before you pull in the parking lot is idea. If you drink too much water while you’re driving you’ll probably have to pull over to use the restroom.

Take a bathroom break mid-morning. Try incorporating a few quick exercises and drink a bottle of water with your health snack.

At lunch drink another bottle of water. If you have to drink a soda or your combo meal came with a biggie sweet tea, drink the water first then if you still need/want your tea or soda you can drink it. Try bringing your lunch next time or gradually switch from sweet tea to unsweetened tea so you can control the amount of sugar.

At your afternoon break drink a bottle of water with a healthy snack. No, M&Ms and snickers do not count as healthy snacks.

Drink another bottle of water 5 minutes before you arrive at home. Again, if you drink while you are in traffic you will inevitably have to use the bathroom.

Before you cook, warm up, or order dinner, drink your water and get in a 5 minute workout (try jumping jacks, push ups on the wall, squats or dancing).
